The Joyful Noise Child Development Center has several
different programs for toddlers and preschool.

Special Programs
Child Outreach (3 and 4 year olds) This is a general
screening of visual, auditory, physical and language
development. West Warwick child Outreach (for residents
of West Warwick only) and Coventry Child Outreach (for
residents of Coventry only) both do on-site screening at
Joyful Noise, Inc. All other Child Outreach programs
require parents to schedule individual screening
sessions for their children. Parents should check with
their local school departments for screening procedures.
After-school Program This program is for
children in 1st – 6th grade who attend local public and
private elementary schools. A snack is provided. The
children usually have a free choice of homework help,
art, music, creative and other outdoor play. We also
provide childcare for these children when they have a
school vacation. In addition, we offer before school
care for children attending West Warwick schools. The
West Warwick School department's school bus transports
the children from and to our facility. We provide van
transportation from local Coventry Schools (Hopkins
Hill, Blackrock and Tiogue).
Summer programs (3-6 years) Joyful Noise,
Inc. is open all year round. Our younger children have a
summer filled with arts, crafts, cooking, games, songs,
playing under the sprinkler, small neighborhood walks,
and outdoor play yard fun.
Summer Program for Older Groups (1st – 6th grades)
This program consists of on site water play, including
sprinkler and small water slide. Bathing suits, towels,
a change of clothing and a lunch must accompany your
child to school each day. Also, Our older children have
a summer filled with arts, crafts, cooking, games, and
outdoor play yard fun. |
