The Joyful Noise Child Development Center has several
different programs for toddlers through Kindergarten.
 Regular Programs
- Toddlers (full and part time) 18 months to 3 years
- Preschool (full time) 3 and 4 year olds
- Preschool (two – three half days) 3 and 4 year olds
- Kindergarten (full time) 5 and 6 grades
Special Programs
Child Outreach (3 and 4 year olds) This is a general
screening of visual, auditory, physical and language
development. West Warwick child Outreach (for residents
of West Warwick only) and Coventry Child Outreach (for
residents of Coventry only) both do on-site screening at
Joyful Noise, Inc. All other Child Outreach programs
require parents to schedule individual screening
sessions for their children. Parents should check with
their local school departments for screening procedures.
After-school Program We provide bus transportation for
children in 1st – 5th grade who attend local public and
private elementary schools. A snack is provided. The
children usually have a free choice of art, music,
creative and other outdoor play. Other special
activities include bowling, ceramics and movies. We also
provide childcare for these children when they have a
school vacation. In addition, we offer before school
care for children attending West Warwick schools.
Summer programs (3-6 years) Joyful Noise, Inc. is open
all year round. Our younger children have a summer
filled with arts, crafts, cooking, playing under the
sprinkler, and have fun.
Summer Program for Older Groups (K – 5th grades) This
program consists of field trips to various and exciting
places (beaches, parks, museums, zoos, movies, etc.
Bathing suits, towels, a change of clothing and a lunch
must accompany your child to school each day. |
