Adrienne J. Zampini, Executive Director
Ms. Zampini started with the school in 1978. Taught Kindergarten for 13 years. Head teacher, Assistant Director. Served as Executive Director since 1999. (B.S. Early Childhood Education)

Catherine A. Rapose, Program Director
Ms. Rapose started in 1978 (Cathy's mother, Dimity Menge, served as Executive Director at Joyful Noise for 20 years. She worked as Head teacher and later as Program Director for the past eight years. (Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education)

Robin Newcomb, After School Program Coordinator
Ms. Newcomb started in 1978. She served as an accountant and teacher assistant for 3 year olds, 4 year olds and Kindergarten. She later became the coordinator for our After School Program. She has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Jennifer Marchetti, Office Manager
Ms. Marchetti started in 2003 as secretary on the board of directors. She began as office manager in 2008. She has over 15 years experience with office management and customer relations specialist skills.

The welfare of the children is the most important aspect of operating a childcare center. For this reason, it is extremely important to know the full background of any person who comes into contact with the students. Each person employed by Joyful Noise, Inc., from the teachers to the cook to the secretary, undergoes a complete background check prior to employment. Only after all of the background checks have been completed and acceptable, will the person will the be considered for employment at Joyful Noise Child Development Center.
